ROSIE Gallen will be a special guest at Walker Beer Solicitors + Conveyancers Loud Shirt Day to raise funds for The Shepherd Centre.
Visitors are invited to dress in their loudest shirt and come along for afternoon tea, on Friday, October 21, from 4-5pm. Walker Beer Solicitors + Conveyancers’ Jo Lucas is organising the event and all of the staff are delighted to support the cause.
“We are hoping to raise much-needed funds for the centre, which teaches deaf and hearing impaired children how to listen and speak so that they can reach their full potential in the hearing world,” Jo said.
The Shepherd Centre is a charity that has to raise over 70 per cent of its revenue via fundraising.
Without donations from supporters the centre would not be able to provide deaf and hearing-impaired children and their families with the help they so desperately need.
Those who cannot attend are invited to make a donation securely at http://www.gofundraise.com.au/page/JoLucas
